My name is Jennifer Raindle, I am a qualified Therapist, dedicated to working with both Adults and young people. My approach is grounded in holistic, wellbeing, and mindfulness coaching, empowering my clients to achieve balance and self-awareness.
I am an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), an (NCPS/ Accredited) advanced practitioner working with Children & Young People and a certified Wellbeing and Mindfulness coach.

As an integrative therapist, I tailor my counselling methods to fit your unique needs. I have an array of experience, whether it’s dealing with trauma, family issues, anxiety, bereavement, social anxiety, relationship issues, divorce, separation, stress, survivors of abuse and addiction. I strive to offer the most effective support through a variety of different counselling modalities.

My professional journey has enriched my experiences and developed a deep understanding of unique challenges faced by individuals in different stages of their life.

My Role as a school counsellor has afforded me invaluable insights into the specific needs of young people. As well as my work with local charity organisations for addiction which has deepened my commitment to supporting those struggling with substance misuse.

I am particularly passionate about providing support to individuals navigating the complexities of divorce and separation, offering a compassionate ear and practical strategies to help navigating these challenging times.

Working from my office in Ingatestone and Maldon, I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, non judgemental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. By fostering an environment of empathy and confidentiality, I aim to facilitate growth and healing. I strive to offer a welcoming and empathic space for all my clients, ensuring they feel heard, respected and valued.
